  • Full continuous RF bandwidth support on all bands
  • Flexible head-end can be powered by either AC or DC
  • Embedded operations and management system, web-based graphical user interface
  • Low latency and application support
  • Supports all 3GPP technologies

DAS Remotes

JMA Wireless remotes have a proven record of industry-leading performance, even in tough environments. Our RUs offer a high peak-to-average power ratio, ensuring high output power with complex modulation that is shared among operators.

JMA DAS has all your bands covered:

Software Defined Radio Unit

JMA’s Software Defined Radio Unit (SDRU) provides a pay-as-you-go plan to add power and bands as needed through license keys.

Features and Benefits

  • Enables pay-as-you-go; only pay for the bands and the power you need
  • Most cost-effective hardware
  • SDRU-based DAS solution offers flexibility in design without any fixed power limitations
  • Allows DAS system commissioning for all bands with temporary licenses on day one
  • No Truck roll – upgrade band or power remotely using a license key
  • No need to add hardware, use more closet space, add cabling, compromise the remote, or introduce PIM
  • The SDRU remains in place in an IP66/NEMA-4X sealed enclosure
  • Upgrade is done in seconds and is not service-affecting enables revenue-generating operation in minutes

Public Safety DAS System

Public Safety DAS provides in-building emergency radio coverage to first responders. JMA Wireless offers a comprehensive solution for hosting first responder and public safety services on DAS.

Features and Benefits

  • Solution supports a wide range of frequencies used in the public safety sector, 700 MHz, Band 14 (FirstNet), 800 MHz, and 900 MHz public safety bands
  • Dual Band support
  • Multiple power options available, which allows for scalability and adaptability to different deployment scenarios
  • Industry's only integrated public safety / commercial co-siting solution. Ensuring both public safety and commercial bands’ protection from interference
  • Each remote unit has an optional notch filter connection, enabling public safety co-siting and interference control.
  • Compliant with regulatory and public safety authority's certification standards
  • Future-proof solution, supports changes to P25 modulation (Phases 1, 2, or 3) and LTE modulation in the public safety frequencies without incurring additional costs
  • DAS solution offers optimized near-far interference mitigation, providing consistent service across the coverage area

Dual-Band Remote Unit

The Dual-Band Remote Unit - a software-defined remote unit (SDRU) - supports both C-band and DoD band. Its C-band radio is unique in the market, covering the entire C-band spectrum (full 280MHz bandwidth).

Features and Benefits

  • C-Band remotes offer operational bandwidth that covers the entire C-Band (3700 – 3980 MHz)
  • Smallest 40W in the industry
  • The C-Band remotes are 2x2 MIMO and can support 4X4 MIMO with 2xRU
  • Lowest power consumption per watt in the market
  • Most cost-effective hardware
  • C-Band remotes have a low NF, Low EVM, and High PAPR
  • IP 66 (with optional OPK)
  • Support 5G NR

JMA Omni antennas

JMA innovative in-building antennas are low profile with high directive gain, delivering optimal SINR, improving network capacity, and reducing deployment cost.

Features and Benefits

  • Higher directive gain into the rooms – decrease in the number of antennas
  • Reduction in leakage of energy above and below the floors for enhanced sectorization
  • Greater than 10dB increase in SINR compared to traditional inbuilding Omni’s
  • Improve network capacity and reduce deployment cost with higher SINR

Omni antenna technology for Private 5G/DAS:

JMA in-building panel antennas

Features and benefits of JMA in-building panel antennas:

  • 60% reduction in antenna volume (Multi-band overlay) and the lowest SINR performance with 50% fewer antennas
  • Smaller form factor for better aesthetics
  • Easy to install
  • Multiple tilt options based on requirements
  • 40% Improvement in SINR due to extremely low side lobe levels enabled by JMA’s beamforming technology
  • Superior pattern roll-off, cross-pol and side lobe suppression for higher SINR and throughput
