Business Contact Information (Personal Data):

Browser usage of our website (Website Use Information):
From time to time JMA collects certain Website Use Information from our servers that relates to the use of our website, including but not limited to Internet Protocol addresses, Internet domain names, the web browser and operating system used to access the website, the files visited, the time spent in each file, and the time and date of each visit.
We may use and share this information as described above.
Like many websites, we use “cookies”, which are small text files that are stored on your computer or equipment when you visit certain online pages that record your preferences and actions. All job applications, and all personal information provided by job applicants, are handled by a third-party host. When you click a link to apply for a job opening, you are brought to the third-party host’s website, and their privacy notice applies. We do not control any job applicant personal information. How we secure your data:
We are concerned about ensuring the security of your Personal Data. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your data from your equipment to our servers. We store Personal Data that we have collected in secure operating environments. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose your Personal Data to you. Despite our use of these security measures, you understand and agree that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy notice and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. In compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles, we are committed to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection and use of your personal information. If your question or concern cannot be satisfied through this process we have further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the EU-US Privacy Shield to a Privacy Shield Panel convened by a EU Data Protection Authority (DPA). We will cooperate with the DPA in the investigation and resolution of any otherwise unresolved complaint, and we will comply with advice given by the DPA. Finally, as a last resort and in limited situations, an individual within the EEA may seek redress from a binding arbitration mechanism.
In accordance with the Privacy Shield Principles, except as otherwise provided herein, we disclose Personal Data only to third parties who reasonably need to know such data only for the scope of the initial transaction and not for other purposes. Such recipients must agree to abide by confidentiality obligations.
